AOP is now Hadicap (HCP)

Find Players Points:
Go to the League Leaderboard in Squabbit and then click “Individual Fedex Cup”. Click on the players total then add up the points for that particular round.

Find Players Round Score:
In the round leaderboard, click actual and add the TOT number + Par for the course.

Find Birdies, Eagles, and “Hole in Ones”:

In the round leaderboard, click actual, search for circles or better.

To make a news article log into the Gray Beard Golf Dashboard.

Click “Posts” on the left menu, the “Add New”. Add a title and then add the content. Once done, click the “Publish” button at the top of the page.

To enter play data after a round log in to the Gray Beard Golf dashboard.

Once logged in click “Rounds” from the left menu.

All the rounds will be listed on the right side. You can sort them by clicking the columns. The easiest way to find the round is to sort them by date.

Find the round you want to update and click “Edit” under the name.

Under the results section you will enter data for the round. Score (Players Total Stroke), Points, AOP Score, and AOP Points are all required to calculate the leaderboard and player stats.

Under the scoreboard section you will enter all the player specific stats like C2P (Closest to Pin win), LD (Long Drive Win), B (Birdie), E (Eagle), and H (Hole in one). These stats will be tracked over ALL the rounds in the league.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter the Course Par in the “Par” field and the play format in the “Format” field on the right hand side.

Once all the data is in the correct fields, scroll back to the top and click the blue “Update” button. That will save the data and make it available for the leaderboard page and the stats page.

IMPORTANT LAST STEP: Once you are sure you have all the data input complete, you must clear the cache. To do this hover over “CF Cache” on the top bar and click “Purge Whole Cache”.

Login to the admin panel. Click “Teams > Leaderboards” from the left menu.
Click “Edit” under the “2023 GBG Teams Leaderboard”.
Enter the data and click update on the right to save.

NOTE: Only checked columns on the teams leaderboard are used.
